“The home was very clean. We had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped, and we cooked a full Thanksgiving dinner in it. The beds were comfortable... We LOVED the fully stocked coffee bar! Our girls enjoyed making hot chocolate to go in the morning. Host was great, and checked in daily.”

“Nicole was very helpful and responded within minutes. The pool was awesome for the kids to come back from the beach or pier park to relax. Every thing was thought of. “It was like we traveled with our home in tow! Nikki and Matt had every amenity you could think of and added the smallest touches that made our stay that much more comfortable. Each bathroom was filled with the best smelling travel size toiletries and quality towels. A generous amount of toilet paper, dishwasher pods, detergent, garbage bags, and K-Cups were readily available, we hardly had to touch the stash we brought from home. The linens and beds were SO COMFORTABLE! It's very apparent that your comfort is their top priority! The master bedroom coffee bar was one of my vacation highlights! Nothing beat a hot cup first thing in the morning while lounging on the top deck in a robe, 2 supplied in the master bathroom, while watching the sun come up with a good book. That little addition made my entire vacation! Nikki was fabulous to communicate with before, during, and after our stay. She took the time to send us a very detailed list of must visit locations and eateries. Beach access #16 was just a short walk from the house and St. Andrews State Park was just over a 3 mile drive from the house. The private heated pool was fabulous for the kids during our chillier stay, an absolute entertainment life saver! We really enjoyed family game nights with their assortment of games, while scoring just shy of 600 in Yahtzee one night 🥳 ! One for the record book! The property was very well maintained and meticulously clean in each room along with the outside. We will absolutely be recommending this property to our family and friends and hope to return next year! Thank you Nikki and Matt for everything, you guys definitely have a niche for offering great vacation homes!”
